An easy way to jazz up mayo with some smokey flavor. Also great for using as a salad dressing base or condiment alternative.
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1–2 tbsp of smoked chipotle peppers
Instructions
- Using a small food processor, combine mayo and chipotle and puree until all peper has been incorporated.
- If you do not have a food processor, alternatively you may finely chop chipotle peppers or mash into a paste using a morter and pestal or muddler. Beat with mayo to incorporate.
- You may add more or less chipotles to taste. Additional lime juice, salt, and pepper is per taste.
Options include: adding to egg yolk to make quick deviled eggs, base for taco salad dressing, and great as a dip.
